Purpose: The company appoints the Ambassador to promote its products/services through agreed-upon channels (e.g. social media) for the term of this agreement.
Term:
This agreement begins on set date by CEO and continues until end date selected by CEO or until the contract is terminated by either party, giving at least a 7 day notice of departure or termination.
Ambassador Duties:
Ambassador is to post at least (1) 24 hour story on TikTok including the paid merchandise provided by the company within at least 7 days after receiving the package provided by the company.
Ambassador is to post at least (1) post including the paid merchandise provided by the company within 7 days after receiving the package provided by the company on their TikTok profile for at least 7 days out of the business month (Ex: contract month begins and ends on the 6th of each month.
Total posts in a month: (minimum of 2 posts in a business month -contract months beginning on the 7th of each month, and ending on the 6th of each month.)
Compensation:
Ambassador will receive a free P.R. box containing multiple junk charms from each new launch by selected date from CEO each month while under agreement.
There will be no cash compensation for this role at this time
Intellectual Property:
All content created for the company becomes company property. Ambassador automatically grants the company the rights to use any content that relates to the company. (Video and photo material involving JC merchandise).
Confidentiality and Conduct:
Ambassador agrees not to disclose confidential or harmful information about the company and will not post anything harmful or defaming.
