Exchanges are not permitted unless you receive a defective or damaged item. Proof of purchase and damage is required to receive an exchange, along with the defective or damaged product. Please contact us for more information if you have any questions.

In order for us to complete your exchange/return, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise or the exchange option is null and void.

Jeahs Creations is not responsible for any carrier damages or missing items. All orders are quality checked before leaving the facility. All products are shipped with insurance for up to $100.
